'The rooms were clean & complimentary breakfast was good'

'Our room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The pillows need upgrading. It was strange that you couldn't turn the light on in just the shower/toilet room.'

'Feel the price was way too high. There were no end tables in the living room, so it echoed when you went in no place to sit something if you were watching tv. There were no dressers to unpack your closed only hangers in the closet. Arrived and there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. No games, no pens, no paper. It was hard to use the microwave because it was up so high. There is no heat in the back bathroom and there are no towel bars in that bathroom so the only place to put a towel...

'The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. '

'The pool isn’t a real thing… like it’s there but who knows the last it worked… the first room we were put in had bed bugs which I didn’t find until 2am getting eaten alive. Went to tell the guy and got switched rooms. That room also had bed bugs so I finally gave up and drove back out of town to at-least get a couple hours of sleep before being a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding. Which the made me so busy I couldn’t even contact them to attempt to not pay for the entire weekend.. but there is a...
