NEWLY RENOVATED (Brand New Furniture, Floors, and Paint) 2 bedroom condo, 2 blocks off the square!! Tucked away in Pecan Grove this unit is located in a small charming and quiet complex. Best part of this condo is it is walking distance to the square! Perfect spot for orientation, gamedays, or even just a getaway to Oxford. Please note that is condo is on the second floor in which there is no elevator to get to the condo. There are stairs outside to use to be able to get you up to our unit!

This condo includes:
2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen beds (BRAND NEW)
1 bathroom provided with fantastic towels

There are no parties or loud music allowed, as this home adjoins other townhomes with common walls.
No Smoking whatsoever is allowed inside or on the deck of the Condo.
No Pets allowed
Guest will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make


Parking is free and there are two spots located at the complex. However, if you do have more people over they will have to park on the square and walk to the complex! Iit is not a far walk at all!

Great location, truly a stroll to the square. Our son was also able park his car, relax and work on articles he was writing. The condo looked recently renovated. It was super clean. The property manager Katheryn was also very easy to get a hold of. We will more than likely book another stay.

Great stay for all things Ole Miss

We stayed here while moving our daughter in for freshman year. The condo was exactly as described. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and great decor, made it very cozy and homey. Very close to the Square and Ole Miss. I can’t wait to stay again!

Great apartment and location

We loved our stay! There are 2 reserved parking spaces so we didn’t have to worry about parking. The apartment is close enough to walk to the square so you don’t have to fight the traffic or worry about parking on the square. The kitchen had everything we needed and the seating in the living room was comfortable. Our bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
