'Staff was very attentive, polite and seem to care about being helpful and customer focused. The lady that maintains the kitchen/breakfast area is wonderful and hard working. I have stayed here a few times and it's always clean. I will certainly be back.'

'The property was clean and located just a few miles away from restaurants and Ole Miss However, the property had an extremely STRONG fragrance throughout which aggravated my asthma and gave my husband and daughter headaches. Also both TV’s in our room didn’t work and the king bed wasn’t comfortable. If you are sensitive to smell be aware!!! The staff was nice and breakfast was fine but personally I won’t stay there if I’m in the area again.'

'We were on a cross-country road trip and this place was like finding an oasis in a desert of mediocre chain hotels. Really well thought-out and well decorated. If you've ever been to a Kimpton, I would say it's quite similar in its level of luxury and design styling. The restaurant was expensive, but worth it. The room even had a mini bar, which was a god-send after a long day on the road.'

'Room was clean but hotel needs a bit of a maintenance. It is pretty outdated with quite a bit of wear and tear. Staff were excellent and we really enjoyed the pool.'
