'Beautiful property. Cozy and quant. Had everything we needed and more. Only thing that kinda surprised me was the location. It's extremely close to the main highway, so you can see and hear traffic go by. But it's not busy, so it was fine. Plus if you want, you can take a 5 minute walk across the highway and you have a cute plaza with restaurant and shops. So pretty much everything is at your fingertips. And ohhh... One more thing that I thought was super cute was they have paints and brushes so...

'Nice cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked and new cooking and kitchen pans, utensils etc. was a welcome change from most rentals. Wifi works great and Devin always responded quickly to messages.'

'My family and I had a wonderful time. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just off the highway. Close to stores and restaurants. Pit Stop Pizza was very good and just around the corner. House was very cozy and the large back yard was great for spending the evening around the fire pit. Host was very helpful and responsive.'

'The property owners are great, very nice and responsive. The cabin itself is nice, but just a few things might be worth noting. The house has a small window unit for AC only and it's located in the living room so the bedrooms really don't get air and that part of the cabin remains much hotter than the rest of the place. Also, it seems to be much better suited with a very small family. I had 5, plus my 2 large dogs and walking room felt sparce. Overall, still a great cabin. '

'A wonderful get away from the heat of Phoenix. If you like a peaceful place to put your head, this is it. The cabin is comfortable, clean and a place that makes you feel like home. The neighborhood is great to walk your dog and make friends. A place where I have gone several times and hope to come back again. I know you will enjoy your time at Beautiful Bear pond Cabin. '

'Lovely, cozy clean cabin. We brought our small puppy and the host left us a bed, treats and a blanket for him, it was so thoughtful! We loved everything about the cabin! Close to everything, simply perfect! Excellent communication, Kaydee is wonderful. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely consider this cabin again for our next stay. Thank you so much! '
