'The house and location were exactly what we were looking for: rustic, secluded, peaceful with just the sound of the surf, yet still close to everything we wanted to see. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to drive to the Devils Punch Bowl, 10 minutes drive North to Depoe Bay, 15 minute drive South to Yaquina Head Natural Area and NewPort. '

'I booked a six person room with 4 confirmed occupants because I had 2 friends that were tentative. Without notice or renegotiating the agreement they changed it to a four person room. They would not acknowledge their unlawful discrepancy for several hours and multiple emails. My friends confirmed that they were going to be there, but after I informed them of the malfeasance of the lodge, they booked a different room. The motel eventually lived up to their end, but my friends had already booked...
