'This should be a nice place to stay. However it is an extremely noisy area during the night (despite being on a small side street). With a large amount of cars and motorbikes passing during the night it is not a good place to stay as the walls are extremely thin.'

'Akiko was incredibly helpful from the booking process I needed to modify as well as answering any questions I had. The Machiya was absolutely beautiful and is so authentic. There was plenty of room to accommodate our 6 adults which is rare to find. We were also amazed at how many bathrooms there were which made mornings easy for everyone to get ready for a day of exploring. We were also happy to be able to use Netflix in the evenings as we were resting our tired feet and bodies. The location...
