'Swanky!! Amazing 1 night stay, wish we could be there longer.'

'Beautiful location.'

'Perfect'

'Wonderful apartment - unbelievably thoughtful design, beautifully furnished. Very spacious and great location - easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, sites. Would absolutely stay again. '

'Highly recommend this place due to.its location, cleanliness and amenities. It really helps that it has a washer and dryer. The only downer is there's no free parking in front before 6p but other than that, i really enjoyed staying there. '

'Everything about this property was great - easy access, comfortable and warm, easy parking, secure, close to town. The only thing that let it down was that the air fryer was unwashed from the previous guests, full of fat and crispy bits of something. Overall, a little gem :) '

'We had a really nice spot right in town….close to anything you would need. Our host was very accommodating and quick to answer with any questions.'

'Very central location, very clean and comfortable unit for 2 of us. I was very happy with it.'

'Excellent stay in Dunedin. I’ll be back!'

'We had a nice stay here. Everything was fine 😊'

'Simon was an amazing host who communicated from beginning to end. He also seeks to find out how to improve one’s stay, which is extremely rare these days. The property has easy access to the city. This is just a fabulous place to stay.'

'Another great stay and another fantastic week at Melville Street. Once again, everything was spotless, warm, and comfortable. Mike’s communication is always excellent—friendly, responsive, and nothing is ever a hassle. After staying here several times this year, Melville Street has truly become my home away from home. The consistency in the quality of the accommodation and the outstanding service is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Melville Street to anyone looking for a clean,...
