« Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help.
BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!! »

« This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, I spent 1 night for my Aqours pilgrimage. You need to ride a boat to get to the island (free if you stay at the hotel), Friendly staff, Absolutely stunning lobby, rooms, onsen, Mt. Fuji view, the best part is hearing nothing but waves when you open the door to the balcony. Also loved the Aqours Mari shrine room. I wish I stayed for more nights. »

« Service was excellent. Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus — Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead »
