« The camper was nice and comfortable. The Island had a good breeze, so the mosquitos were almost non-existent, and the trees are tall and plentiful for shade and a good resting place for a bald eagle one morning we were there. We rented the owners fishing boat and it was very nice for checking out the the different islands and bays. Owner was very accommodating for making sure we had everything we needed and supplied multiple containers of gas and even ice in his own coolers, so we didn't have to...

« This very clean and comfortable cabin is in a quiet, peaceful location. It had everything we needed and we had a wonderful week of vacation.There are several several fishing, boating and hiking options within a short drive. The International Wolf Center and North American Bear Centers are less than an hour away in Ely and there is another bear sanctuary a short drive from the cabin.We highly recommend it! »

« Amazing place to spend up north. I can imagine it’s lovely in the summer, but the winter here is just as special in its own way. Snowmobile rentals just a 5 minute drive away. There were 8 adults and 1 child, and we were very comfortable. House was clean, kitchen was well-equipped. Sauna was great, the frozen lake and snow were made our stay feel tranquil and cozy. Would definitely stay here again. »
