'We love this place'

'We stayed over memorial day weekend and had a great time. There were 4 of us and a dog, yet there was plenty of space to spare. The back porch backs directly up into the woods, and I kept trying to catch glimpse of sasquatch to no avail. The home had abundant towels and blankets, which was a nice thing to not worry about especially when swimming at the lake and having to shower multiple times. Do beware of the GPS, which tries to take you to an adjacent property. There are signs posted telling...

'Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues.'

'This is our second visit to this cabin with our grandchildren. The pictures don’t do it justice! The seclusion, abundance of wildlife, amenities in the impeccably clean cabin and close proximity to Patoka Lake, French Lick, and Wilstem Safari make for the best memories. The host’s thoughtfulness is felt throughout the cabin. You’ll be eager to visit in every season!'

'We were extremely happy with this rental - the cabin was clean and the giant screened in front porch with three big nice rocking chairs was perfect and where we spent much of our time. The sheets and blankets were of higher quality than usually see at cabin rentals and this made everyone have really great nights of sleep! The location is gorgeous with beautiful hills and nature around. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay again if in the area, loved it!'

'Excellent vacation spot . But if you’re going to ride motorcycles you might want to reconsider this location unless you are very experienced riders! One mile of loose rocks on gravel road and a very steep hill up and down! Other than that it’s awesome!'

'The cabin was fully stocked with pots and pans and everything you’d need to have an amazing time! The beds were so comfy and the cabin was incredibly clean. The view was awesome and the area was so much fun. 10/10 highly recommend!!'

'We enjoyed our cabin experience as a family for our anniversary. It was nice and clean. Loved the screened in porch. We were reluctant to find the WiFi and the tv wasn’t working nor did we have cell service so that was the only thing to note.. We did use our downloaded movies on an iPad and hooked up an HDMI cable so we made the most of it with two kiddos. Was a good opportunity to unplug and enjoy the cozy cabin experience.'
