All guests will be provided with a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing liquid. Once those items are done, you will need to provide your own.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY UNLESS AUTHORIZED!

This property has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom also with a king-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a pull-out twin bed making it 3 twin beds. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs. There is a living room, a working area in the living room, a dining room, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

THE KITCHEN FAUCET HAS A MOTION SENSOR, WAVE YOUR LEFT HAND TO THE SIDE OF THE FAUCET AND THE FAUCET WILL COME ON. There is a breakfast table next to the family room, a laundry room, and a movie theater.

We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check-in.

Parking is only available on the driveway. A MAXIMUM of four parking spaces ARE available. Please DO NOT park on the lawn.

The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 23 years old. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest does not meet the age minimum.

The number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation will need to be updated to reflect the correct number. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS EIGHT WHICH WOULD INCLUDE AN INFANT. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest's maximum is exceeded.

The entire house is designed and set up for guests on vacation that want to feel like they are at home. There are no shared spaces or amenities it's completely private.

Quiet neighborhood in the heart of the city. The street is a dead end, so there’s no thru traffic, which is a plus! The house is in a central location, about 20 to 30 minutes from the attractions or any other town around Orlando.

This property does not allow any parties or loud music unless it's preapproved in writting by the host.
