One of the home's biggest highlights is its private south-facing screened pool and spa. Southern exposure makes the pool area especially appealing for guests who want to make the most of the Florida sunshine. The spacious screened lanai with outdoor furniture provides additional room to enjoy Florida's beautiful weather. The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
