Our home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home situated in the heart of everything you need and want to do on vacation. It sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. All parks and attractions are 10/15 minutes away!!! Grocery stores, Walmart , and restaurants are all within 1.5-3 miles away.

Large accommodation with + and -

Overall a very big accommodation at a good rate. Some downsides as well: it was difficult to communicate wth Vrbo and the owners. The swimming pool was NOT part of the accommodation, as we thought it was so. And most of all, it was closed due to the upcoming tropical storm Debbie. Our kids were dissapointed. The bed of the masteer bedroom was not having the best matras. But in the end the very big amount of space in the house was great and the house lies in a quiet neighbourhood of Davenport, which was very good for us

Absolutely gross!! Only stayed in house for 15 mins. Bloody body fluids along with earring back on one bed sheets. Other bed has body hair. Fake eyelashes and nails on floor and bathroom counters. Floors were filthy and kitchen had food dryedon counters and stove. Outdoor trash was over flowing. Horrible host!!! Stated she was a house cleaner and understand my refusal to stay but refused to approve full refunf thru VRBO. After 4 days was able to finally get all ny money returned thru VRBO bit the host!!! Beware and stay away!!!!

Communicating with the host took far too long. The reservation ended up being double-booked, which created a huge headache for my family. We were left stranded late at night and had to scramble to find last-minute accommodations because the host dropped the ball. We ultimately had to book somewhere else at a much higher price than our original reservation.

Overall the home worked well for our family and our week-long stay. It was clean and was in a good location for what we were doing for the week. However, more than 4 rolls of toilet paper would have been nice for the week, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent would have been nice to have and not have to go out and buy on our own. Also the tennis court/basketball court are pad-locked up - so our kids didn't get to play on them.

This place was so disgusting we left a night early. The floor was filthy with debris all over the hard floors and urine spots and odors on the carpet. The bathrooms were gross. The couches were also covered in debris and dirt. They also didn't provide hand soap for any of the sinks. There are signs asking guests to take out the trash on certain days but we couldn't find trash bags anywhere.

She booked someone else on the same day i reached florida. Took her super long to respond. I wish i could get a full refund back. I had to spend money on a hotel for the night. And the pool was full of leaves . I will never book a stay at her property again. She needs to do better and there was hair on the mattress i had to clean it with my lint brush.

Beautiful home

Home was clean and beds were very comfortable. Loved the Lanai! It was the family hang out in the evenings. Close to attractions and shopping. Host was quick to respond and communication was great! Would definitely stay again!

The home was nice.. only problems we had were the ac didn’t really cool the house the first night. It was super hot!! But we live in a mobile home in south Ms so we know it’s unavoidable..and the metal bunk bed makes a ton of noise when kids moved.. still give 5 stars.. pool was nice and quiet for down time after our last day at Disney!

Great little house, fantastic layout, nice kitchen/living area and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean and had the usual supplies, did wish it had some Kleenex though. Nice corner lot and yard. Loved the carport for unpacking and repacking the car. The public pool was close and very nice. There are several air fresheners though so if allergic, or sensitive, that may bother some. The screened porch was great for watching the lizards run around.

Exceptional house for family vacation

Property was perfect for grandma. Mom, dad,teenager,8 and 4 year and 2 dogs. All had private area. So relaxing. Close to all attractions. Restaurants and grocery stores. Excellant host. Definately will stay here every trip.

We had a very relaxing stay with our dog, the home was as pictured, clean and comfortable. This is a great location for the Disney parks. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked meals daily. We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are fantastic to communicate with. Everything was as described. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to get to. We definitely hope to stay again if we come back to the area.

Nice vacation

Very clean property! Loved the bed . Every time I vacation the bed is usually a problem but not this time. Bed was comfortable and I got amazing sleep after the park days. Very spacious will be staying again in the future.
