Open living space and kitchen.
Recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen, with new quartz worktop and all the crockery, utensils you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Double door fridge freezer, Dishwasher, 4 hob stove, Oven, Microwave and Keurig coffee machine. Low level breakfast bar and Pantry storage cupboard. Large separate dining area with large table for all the family and a highchair is also available to use for younger guests.

Three sofa living space with large wall mounted LED TV, Xbox 360 and Sonos to keep you all entertained while at home. Patio doors lead out to the private, screened pool area with spa (pool heat an additional charge) Sun loungers and outdoor patio seating for taking advantage of the year round Florida sun. Pool is 4ft deep in the shallow end, increasing to 6ft at the deep end. Outdoor Weber gas grill BBQ is provided for guests to use (propane gas is to be self supplied).

Utility - Top loading washing machine and separate dryer with overhead storage gives you plenty of space to hide away your laundry.

Games room - Large American pool table, football table, 47' Flat Panel TV and children's play area with a selection of toys to keep the little ones busy. We've also included basketball and tennis equipment should you want to take advantage of our free onsite leisure facilities.

Bedroom 5 - Two Twin beds with large built in wardrobe and LED TV.

Open space - open landing area with desk and chair, with computer, high speed internet access and printer/scanner for printing park tickets, vouchers, airline tickets etc.

All sheets, pillows, bath, pool and hand towels are provided. One bar of soap per bathroom and one spare toilet roll per toilet is provided to get you started for your stay.

For your peace of mind we have a Ring doorbell and security cameras fitted on the exterior of the property. They are non-intrusive and only cover exterior areas of the grounds. The Ring doorbell covers the front door and porch. In addition, four cameras cover the driveway, the pool equipment and down the side of the property.
