Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Two ensuite king bedrooms each offer a private bathroom, ceiling fan, and Smart TV - ideal for adults who want their own space to unwind. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth is set up perfectly for younger guests, complete with two twin beds, a themed decor, and its own Smart TV. Pack 'n Play, a crib, and children's dinnerware are always on-site, so travelling with little ones is genuinely easy.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner - stainless steel electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a hot water kettle. A gas BBQ grill sits outside for cookouts on the covered patio, where outdoor dining furniture lets you eat al fresco by the pool. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started.

The screened private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, with sun loungers and outdoor furniture rounding out the patio. A private backyard and outdoor playground add even more room for the group to spread out. Note that pool and spa heating is available at an additional fee.

Situated in the Orlando area, the villa sits approximately 10 miles from Walt Disney World and close to Margaritaville. Through the resort's shared facilities, you'll have access to a gym, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Lake access and scenic walking paths are also available for quieter moments away from the parks.

Good to know
Self check-in via smart lock, four free driveway spaces plus street parking, and a single-level layout make arrival and moving around the home effortless. Well-behaved pets up to 50 lbs are welcome. The washer and dryer are in-unit, and housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none face inside the home.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
