Situé dans la communauté exclusive de Calabay Parc, notre maison de villa de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain est parfaite pour vos prochaines vacances en Floride.

La maison est parfaite pour les clients jusqu'à 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Meublé à un niveau exceptionnellement élevé, vous ne serez pas déçu de notre maison. Notre villa utilise l'enregistrement automatique à l'aide d'un clavier sur la porte d'entrée, vous pouvez donc vous enregistrer sans tracas.

La villa dispose également d'un accès Internet Wi-Fi et d'appels locaux et longue distance Usa / Canada sans frais.

La grande piscine et l'une des plus grandes terrasses de la piscine à Calabay Parc vous offriront beaucoup de temps au soleil, et ont également un grand surplomb où vous pourrez déguster un bon repas après une journée de plaisir. La piscine dispose d'une lumière changeant de couleur et la véranda de la piscine est suspendue avec des lumières pour le plaisir après la tombée de la nuit. La piscine peut être chauffée en hiver.

La villa n'a pas de voisin arrière et offre une superbe vue sur l'herbe privée bordée par un haut mur pour plus d'intimité. Avec la piscine entièrement protégée, vous aurez beaucoup de soleil toute la journée. Profitez du temps hors du soleil en sirotant des boissons fraîches à la table de patio sous la spacieuse véranda couverte avec ventilateur de plafond. Avec un accès facile aux attractions de la région et aux commerces ...… 5 minutes de Publix, 10 minutes de Walmart.

Nous pouvons accueillir un bébé supplémentaire dans un pack et jouer et un petit enfant sur un matelas pneumatique.

Calabay Parc est un quartier calme. Calabay Gold Villa est bien situé au sein de la communauté afin qu'il n'y ait pas de bruit de circulation. Il y a une aire de jeux pour enfants dans la communauté et l'entrée et le quartier sont surveillés par vidéo pour plus de sécurité.

The house is lovely and very well equipped, plenty of crockery, cutlery etc, also a good supply of DVDs if needed.Communication with the owner was exceptional, his response time was very quick.Unfortunately we had an issue with the pool heat which we had paid for, it wasn’t working, despite the owner sending several people out to try and fix it, he did everything he could to try and rectify it and refunded us without a problem, when it could not be fixed. It was a very big disappointment not to be able to use the pool, as it was very cold due to a cold spell.However, I would not hesitate in recommending the property once this issue has been resolved.

Calabay parc 422 tupelo circle

This place was amazing. It had everything that you needed to enjoy the week with family. Bed however in my opinion wasn't comfortable but then again I find it hard to find a bed that's comfortable for me. Another small issue was the water pressure for the shower but this is no different from other houses that we have stayed around the area. Place was very clean and amount of household items it had was far more than any others that I have stayed in. From kitchen gadgets to board games and pots. AC unit kept us nice and cool the entire time. Another annoying thing was the safety pool sensor on the doors. Once you get used to it then you can work around it and use it properly. Kids rooms were also themed and they loved them. They did have a very nice pool and we did get the heating option and it was well worth it. Couldn't get the kids out of the pool even as early as 9am. Water was swim temperature each time. House was located at a very convenient location. We had 7eleven 2 mins away from all needs including gas. Then across the street also about 2 mins away was chickfil a Publix and Papa John's. All other eateries and convenience stores were within 10-15 mins tops.

The house was good but the location wasn’t great. It took about 1 to 11/2 hrs to get to SeaWorld and Universal There was so much traffic where it should’ve been 20 to 30 min. Would definitely recommend this house if going to Disney

Amazing property!

Our family absolutely lovers this house. It was very spacious and clean, as well as being close to everything. We loved the space that it provided for our family, and really loved the pool area. Spoke to the host several times before and during the stay and they were incredibly responsive. We would certainly stay here again!

Family holiday of 6 adults

We stayed at Calabay gold for two weeks as a family of 6 adults. The youngest is autistic and so accommodation was important to him and us. It was clean, and comfortable. There were extras provided like plenty of towels for showering and the pool. The pool had a safety gate with excellent locking system. There was a games console which the big boys loved. The dining table was large enough for us all to sit around for meals and card games. The lounge was open plan so you could still chat whilst cooking. The games room was located in the garage which again the big boys and big girl enjoyed. When sat by the pool we saw plenty of wildlife which enhanced the stay. There were plenty of sun loungers and chairs, outside lights etc. All in all we would stay again. It was a welcoming homely place to come back to after a long hot day. Thank you for making our stay fabulous!!

Fantastic week at a super villa

Calabay Gold - May 2024

Before booking Andrew’s place we spent a lot of time comparing listings to find a place to suit our needs and this rental did not disappoint. With two king primary suits there was plenty of room for two families (children:7 months & 6yrs). The listing was as described, clean, clear communication, and had everything we needed. The backyard pool area is large with a lot of patio furniture. The backyard gets full day sun and the sunsets are just incredible. There is also a shaded area which we availed of mid day when it was really hot. The pool had plenty of pool toys & was big enough to actually swim around (with both a shallow end “3ft” and deep end “5ft”). The neighbourhood is beautiful, we enjoyed early morning walks around the community, and we also were able to take our stroller and walk up to Starbucks for breakfast one morning as there is a new business park being built just at the top of the street. There is also a publix grocery store 2 minutes from the house that we visited daily. This was a relaxing vacation for us and we spent most days at the house, it was so nice we didn’t feel the need to leave it. The one outing we did do we took our 7 month old to icon park to visit the aquarium and ride the carousel. In peck traffic it took about 45 minutes to get to our location. The one thing we would do next time is rent a bbq which Andrew does provide a contact for in the welcome info. We highly recommend Andrew’s place!

Winter getaway

Very clean, and spacious for our family of 7. High chairs, pack n plays, and strollers were a big convenience for us. Kids loved the pool, got warm enough for them in February with the added heater. They also enjoyed the game room and character bedrooms. The neighborhood felt very safe and well kept. The pool guy was friendly and nice to talk to. Highly recommend and will definitely keep in mind for our next Disney/Florida trip.

Fantastic villa capped off our fantastic holiday

The villa was spacious and very well furnished. Everything and more was supplied, lots of pool towels, clean fresh white towels, a ninja blender, hair dryers, kettle, more than enough for our family of 9. Communication with our hosts was excellent especially when we had a power outage. Situated in a quiet residential area, there was perfect quiet after long days at the parks. We would definitely recommend a stay there.

Great Location, Beautiful Property

Very pleased with the stay. The house was great and spacious, and the pool was a nice touch for our days in. The only complaint is the traffic on I-4 making the trip to Disney a bit longer than expected (25-35 mins daily). Andrew was great and always very responsive, would definitely stay again even with the longer drive to Disney.

The Perfect family home for your holiday

This property was perfect for our family holiday consisting of grandparents, parents one child and one baby. It is set in a beautiful development which made us feel safe. There is parking for three cars. The house is very well appointed. A real home from home with everything we could possibly need. Large bedrooms, good size kitchen, laundry room, games room and there were plenty of towels, pool towels, crockery and kitchen items. Very clean, tastefully decorated. Then there is a great heated pool with lots of pool toys, plenty of Sun loungers, dining table & chairs, patio chairs, speakers for poolside music and various wildlife to watch!!

Family break

A great experience from start to finish. We contacted Andrew before we even booked his property and asked his honest opinion about the small issue regarding the comfort of some of the beds (the only concerns raised by previous guests). He was quick to reply and assure us that he had taken these concerns on board and was arranging replacement of the offending matttesses. We knew at this point that we had an owner that really cared about their property and their guests stay. Location - we'd statyed in Orlando previously and really liked this area. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, and not too far from I-drive and theme parks. Property - really clean and well maintained. We were even advised of some minor hurricane damage of the pool screen, but all had been repaired prior to our arrival. We loved the open plan downstairs layout, and we all adored the pool. By far the best villa we've ever stayed in. Communication - Andrew was always quick to reply to any questions we had prior to our holiday. Nice holiday folder on the premises with lots of helpful information. No need to contact Andrew or the property team during our stay. We will 100% stay here on our return to Florida.

Great family holiday.

We all enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious villa. It was comfortable and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The children especially enjoyed their Disney themed rooms and the games room. Everyone appreciated coming back to the lovey pool after a long day at the Theme Parks.

2021 Disney Christmas Vacation
