The spacious open floor plan features plenty of comfortable, modern furniture for your whole party to relax and hang out together. The fully-equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking meals together as a family. Dine at the sophisticated formal dining table with seating for 12, or enjoy a quick snack at the breakfast bar with seating for 4.
Head outside to the private screened-in pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! The covered patio features an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, and plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sunshine! Swim any time you want in your private pool and relax in the spillover spa.
This villa features endless entertainment options for everyone in your group! The galactic game room is equipped with 4 gaming TVs and gaming chairs. The TVs are connected to both an Xbox One and a PS4, so you can play alone or compete against each other! The fun game room also features an air hockey table and foosball table to challenge your family members to friendly competitions. Head upstairs to the loft game room with a pool table and TV. Also located upstairs is the home movie theater. The movie theater room features a 110-inch projection screen and 8 reclining armchairs so you can recline and watch your favorite movie.

• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays

• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
