This pet-friendly three-bedroom condo is located right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, golf courses, shopping spots and entertainment.

Featuring three bedrooms, this condo can host up to 7 guests at a time. There is a large King bedroom with en suite bathroom, which has a private patio entrance attached. The bathroom has a soaker tub and large standing shower as well. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third is decorated with a Finding Nemo theme, and has a bunk-bed with a single bed on top and a full sized bed on the bottom bunk. All the bedrooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with high end stainless steel appliances. You'll love the deep double sink, full sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. There's lots of room for cooking on the granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space to keep your snacks handy! There's even elevated kitchen bar seating for anyone who cares to watch while you're cooking up a masterpiece!

The suite is air conditioned, has in suite laundry machines, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a outdoor community pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, games room, fitness center, and meeting rooms.
