The apartment was very nice. It had space for each of us plus a table to eat at. We appreciated the kitchen for our meals. It was about 15-25 minute drives to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. The Publix, a grocery store, is only minutes away to pick up groceries.

When we checked in, we should have known it was going to be bad as you could smell the dampness as soon as the elevator door opened. At first we thought the place was dated but clean. The carpet was soaked from the sliding door to the other end of the couch. Unfortunately found out by walking on it. There was another wet spot on the carpet opposite the kitchen. We found out when we checked out the dishwasher leaks bad. There was mold on the carpet bewteen the slider and the couch. You cant help but see it, as the end table has been moved from the original growing spot. They are definitely ignoring the matter as someone complained back in July of 2025 and again two weeks before we came. My mistake of not reading all the reviews but when it was a 9/10, I figured we were good. The ice maker doesnt work and plan on setting the dryer on twice to dry your clothes. The stand up shower door is coated in soap scum and scale. Oh and if you were planning on a hot bath after walking around the whole day, good luck. We would get half the jacuzzi tub filled with hot water and then it goes cold. Anyone who has breathing conditions, do not go there. Its a shame, its a central location and the staff at the front desk were great. The host and the building management need to get it together.

The room was in very tired condition, and had a heavy smell of mildew. We had to keep the fans on to make it tollerable.One of the burners on the stove (front left) didn't work. The dryer could only handle about 5 items drying at a time. The bathroom water was reversed and the shower ran regardless when filling the tub. The master bath couldn't be filled in one sitting of hot water so it had to be filled in two stages, but otherwise worked well.The spaces were were well situated, and the poll amenities were pretty cool/nice. If we would have stayed longer then 3 day (and had day plans) i would have requested a different room and perhaps found a better result? Ultimately, it was fine for our beed this time, but I’d hesitate to stay again.

We had a great 4-night stay here with my mom and grandma! The beds were very comfortable, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location was super convenient, just a short drive to Universal. When we had a small hiccup at check-in, Ravi was incredibly helpful and quickly sorted out the miscommunication with the front desk. Really appreciated the fast response and care. We’d definitely return!

Property was even better than shown on VRBO. Lots of fun things to do on property and great location for Disney. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Owner quickly responsive to questions. Check in is easy and staff was helpful. Would stay here again.

The resort was awesome! We enjoyed use of the hottub, the relaxation spa, the in room jacuzzi, and exploring the resort grounds. Staff were kind and helpful. The only downside was the parking for building 2. We had to park around the back of the building and there was no entrance in the back that we could find, unless we wanted to climb the stairs (which occasionally we did. But not after all day at the parks.) so we had to walk around the building to the front. Overall it was a great experience!
