House Rules

* No parties or events are permitted. Violations will result in
immediate reservation termination with no refund, eviction, and an
additional charge of $150 per unauthorized guest per day.
* Smoking is prohibited inside the house and opening windows is not
allowed for smoking. Non-compliance results in a $300 fine.
* Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet will incur a $300 fine.
* Communication should be centralized via the booking platform for
safety.
