Booking was straight forwards and the information provided was all correct. The villa was nice, spacious, clean, good value for money and like the photos. Area was nice and about a 30minutes drive from Disney.

Lots of space

The VRBO itself was very roomy and had everything you need. When we arrived, there was no wifi as promised. I called and by the third day the technician came out and changed the wifi box. All was good after that but went 2 days without wifi. The property manager was very good at accommodating our needs promptly.

Poor property management.

If you use the upstairs shower the water will back up in the pipes and leak out of an intake vent at the front door. Called the management company the same day it happened. Was told someone would come out the next day. No one ever came out, no phone call, text or email to communicate. I messaged the owner near the end of my trip to inform him but never received a response. It looks like it has been a problem in the past because of markings/slight sagging near the vent and also water damage in the garage that is 10 feet away from the area that leaks. Only use the 2 bathrooms down stairs unless you want to slip and fall while going to the laundry room or out to the garage to play games. Beautiful home, nice location but you are only able to use 2 out of the 3 bathrooms.

Perfect space

My husband and I rented this house for our honeymoon as we knew we wanted to go Disney World. Location was perfect. We were 20 minutes from Disney. The space was homey and very comfortable for what we were looking for. Hoping to come back again!

Absolutely love

We loved staying here. Game room was a hit for the young and old. Enough room where we weren’t on top of each other. Pool was great. Love the privacy. As a travel agent, I highly recommend.

Disney Vacation

The owner of the property was great. Easy to book, easy check-in and check-out process. We had an issue when we first checked in and he handled it right away. The house is in a great location. Close to all the Disney parks and lots of restaurants nearby. My only complaint would be that the property could have been cleaner. I feel that the cleaning company used doesn’t take pride in their work. And there are a few things that need to be fixed/updated in the house.

Great place to stay with family

My family and I loved staying here, The only problem was the game room. The fools ball and pool table are worn down but my son loved playing the Mortal Kombat game there. My family and I will be making plans to stay there next time we come back.

Excellent Property

Excellent property. Very spacious and clean! Kids loved the pool table and other games provided. Owner is very easy to contact and prompt with response. Location is great just minutes from Disney! I would recommend this property to anyone and will be staying again.

Relaxing

The house is nice and well decorated, could use a bit of tlc but I'm sure that's any established rental property. The owner is easily accessible and responds quickly. The only real issue we had on our trip was from the rental behind us partying until 3 am with the music up and I can't fault anyone for that.

Family vacation

Very nice, lots of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. The game room was fun. Kids used pool but was to cold for me. I think I would pay extra for pool heat if doing it again. But we were busy doing Disney most days. Close to shops and food . Would stay again.

Great house great value

We stayed a week at the the house and found it to be a great place. Very centrally located to Disney and other theme parks and a short hour trip to the beach The house is one of the best I have stayed at in this price range. It’s not perfect and shows wear from careless renters hitting suitcases on walls or not removing shoes but nothing that took away from our stay. The owner was great and communicated well with me prior to and during the rental. I will look for this house in the future and would recommend it to a friend.

It was The lack of cleanliness for me

The home was nice but whoever you hire to clean the property is not doing their job. We were greeted by trash in the front yard which caused us to be attacked by at least 10 to 15 flies while trying to get our items out of our vehicles. Come to find out the trash or old trash was never dumped and filled to the rim and someone left a bottle of honey on the ground which also attracted the bugs. Then we get inside there were ants the place wasn’t sweeped or clean properly especially in the midst of the COVID crap going on. We had to go but ant traps and cleaning supplies to clean the house and my mother left several notes around the house advising of the lack of cleanliness which I’m sure the cleaning people probably tossed when they got there. Last but not least the back bedroom stinks of urine we couldn’t find the source even after washing the linen so we took one of the plugins and put in in that room unfortunately that was my room and it was not a pleasant stay for me at all. I don’t know if it is the mattress or the carpet or the baby bed but it was horrible.

March Break

Our stay was shortened due to the pandemic. But the few days we were there, we enjoyed ourselves. Kyri was very understanding and kind when we had to leave early. She refunded us along with VRBO. I would stay again in the future.

Hampton lakes rental

Overall the house was good. We had some issues with the HVAC system and pool heater, but MGMT resolved them. We understood there would be a grill, and there wasn't one, so we just went and bought a cheap one to use. Some of the furniture could be replaced. Overall it was a good experience.

Family size and friendly

All went smoothly to reserve and an email was sent with detailed directions and info for getting into the house. Upon arrival we were locked out for quite a few hours before finally getting a hold of the property owner (in another country) then he was not able to get us into the lock box or open the door with a code. He had to get communication from the managers of the local company owners and get the lock box code and then we were able to get in. Management came out the next morning with a very kind and helpful manner to be sure we were ok and set for the week. I did try getting ahold of them again. There was a smoke alarm that kept going off because a battery needed to be changed in one of the rooms but there was never a answer. The house was clean and had a great amount of towels to use and sheets for beds. The kitchen had appliances needed needed for the week besides food! The garage gaming room was nice with a great space for hanging out. I would have love a few throw blankets for night time hanging out watching a movie but it really was a good time. Besides the communication of the owners everything went well.
