Enter a huge open living room and modern, well-equipped kitchen. With large, comfortable seating and an immense flat-screen, this is the perfect gathering spot for the group. The kitchen has gleaming counters, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient four-seat breakfast bar. A large, 7-person dining table is available for larger meals. Sliders that lead out to the large covered outdoor dining area and outdoor sitting overlooking the pool and spa. Sleeps 20 guests!

When you stay at The Retreat at Champions Gate, you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and most other services you may or may not need during your vacation in Central Florida. The Publix Super Market at Champions Gate Village is a great place to get your groceries, and they do deliveries. Most restaurants in the area such as Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders, First Watch, Miller’s Ale House, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Red Robin Gourmet & Brews, and even Wendy’s and Dunkin deliver or offer take-out. 4 Corners Tavern, Olive Garden, and Longhorn Steakhouse all offer take out. With the fully equipped kitchen at your vacation property, you can cook, reheat or store any food so you can enjoy meals together in privacy. These days, even gas stations and convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, BP, Walgreens, and Circle K deliver in the area. There’s no better time than your vacation to allow yourself to sit back and enjoy the extra services that help reduce your own task list. Welcome to Champions Gate!

1. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the Management Company has specified another time in advance with fee.

2. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the Management Company has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

3. Make sure to put the pool fence back up, or we will have to charge $25 to have employees do it.

4. POOL/SPA HEAT IMPORTANT: The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.

* Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night

*Needs 3 days notice prior to arrival to be turned on.

*Pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay, temperature will not exceed 95F.

*Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.) Pool must be kept filled with the hose, if the water level goes below the white skimmer line the pool heat will automatically turn off.

5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. We need 3 days prior to arrival to reserve it. $100

6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

7. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.

8.This will be a self-catering house.

9. Guests must be 23 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.

10. If remote in the theater goes missing or damaged is $250 to replace. If game room remote goes missing or is damaged $150 to replace.



We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.



Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.

No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed.
