Family-friendly 5BR villa with stunning view and private, south-facing pool

(Extra COVID-19 cleaning: We are committed to following the CDC cleaning guidance). The Villa 'OASIS' is located 25 mins away from Disney and within short driving distances you will find all other major attractions, first-class golf courses and great shopping outlets. The villa is located in a quiet community with no traffic noise. It is overlooking a conservation area and has a south-facing pool and spa with sun most of the day. The pool area is shielded for extra privacy, so you can enjoy the area undisturbed. The pool and spa can be heated (optional, additional fee). The pool deck easily hosts 10 people, and there is a barbecue at your disposal. The pool area is equipped with fence for the safety of the little ones.

The villa is well laid-out, and is easily accessible for mobile impaired people. The drive-way has ample parking space for 2 vehicles

The living room has a large sofa set with seating for 10 people and features a large TV screen. The open kitchen has all you need in utensils and hardware to cook a nice meal.

OASIS features 5 bedrooms, and sleeps 10 people easily. There are two primary bedrooms (king-size beds), a bedroom (queen-size), and two kids rooms (each with twin beds) sharing a bathroom. There is direct access to the pool area from each of the primary bedrooms.

The villa also features washing machine and dryer. The garage is converted into a games room with table-tennis, pool, and foosball table.

For the convenience of the smaller children, there are strollers and high-chair available (free of charge)

Within short walking distance, you can find a playground and tennis court. Ample shopping (WalMart) and restaurants are within 5-10 mins driving distance.

The villa is equipped with exterior CCTV.

Clean, Pristine, and Family-Friendly

We could not have been happier with our stay in March 2023! Our oldest daughter, who lives in Clermont, was getting married and my husband and I wanted to offer a great place for us and all our other adult children to stay as an alternative to multiple hotel rooms. Every communication we had with our host, before and during our stay, was promptly answered. The house looked and felt clean, the pool and spa were pristine, and the layout was perfect for all of us. There was a Publix just a couple of minutes away (almost walkable) and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped with blow-dryers, small starter soaps and starter toilet paper. There were plenty of towels for showers and pool use. The kitchen was also very well equipped, organized, and thoughtfully supplied with a starter garbage bag, dish soap, and a dishwasher tab. There are Roku TVs in every bedroom plus a large screen Roku TV in the Great Room. Every bedroom plus the Great Room has ceiling fans. Checking out was relatively easy. We made sure all the garbage cans were emptied into the large cans in the garage, all sheet sets were piled near the laundry room and a load of towels was started in the washer. During the week, we made sure that the regular and recycling cans were at the curb on the appropriate nights. TL:DR We would definitely choose to stay here again. In fact, I might even plan our visit based on this home’s availability!

Very impressed with our stay

We had a great experience at this property as well as with the owners and property manager. Owners were quick to respond to questions and we’re extremely accommodating. We had an issue with heating the hot tub and maintenance showed up quickly and fixed the problem within minutes. The pool area/backyard was our favourite spot— spacious, clean, and peaceful. There was also a nice shaded area for my 7 month old daughter. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 8 of us. We loved our stay and would definitely rebook at this property.

Perfect place for family and relaxation!

This was a nice quiet neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed the walk each morning. Our family was comfortable with plenty of room and the pool/hot tub and game tables in the garage was enough for our family of 6 to enjoy a fun, family spring break in Florida.

Beautiful getaway

We loved the villa it was everything it was described to be and more. The view from the pool is really nice and its a pretty private pool area. My family really enjoyed our time at this villa and we hope to stay again. Also I'll point out that's the location is near all the hot spots Disney, SeaWorld etc...Thanks for a fantastic getaway!!

2nd time in Clermont

This was our 2nd visit to the same street in Clermont. We loved the house and spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub and just enjoying hanging out with our family. We did have a few issues with noisy neighbors but that was only the last few days of our stay. The location is great for restaurants, going to Universal and we even made it to the beach a few times. I was a bit disappointed to find out there was not a gas grill on the premise like it showed in the pictures since we planned a special dinner using the grill. But it turned out just fine and we made quite a few meals in the kitchen. I would recommend this house in a heartbeat!!

Great holiday villa

The booking and check in process very easy. The villa owner is very helpful, replying quickly to any questions. The villa is located on peaceful estate. The pool area is large, we had 8 in our party, plenty of seats and room. Inside the villa very clean and plenty of space,easily accommodated our two families. We all had a lovely time, the children especially spent a lot of time in the pool. The games room was also handy. We all enjoyed sitting out at night having a few drinks, listening to the various wildlife noises. We had a fantastic holiday in florida and the villa was major part of that. Thank you Jens/Janni
