Welcome to Broad Oak Drive, my Vacation Home for your family, located in the amazing gated community know as Solterra Resort. My home is located less than 15min from the main entrance to all of the Disney Parks!! I am the original owner of this beautiful house having built it in 2019 and I give my best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I've dedicated myself a lot to take what is the existing luxury standard for vacation homes to give you an amazing experience. I am constantly in the process of updating and re-furnishing my property to keep things nice and new. Cleanliness is my main priority. I understand that there is a lot of variation in standards with vacation homes and it is my main goal making sure you are happy with my home. I take a lot of pride in making sure your stay is magical! I am very lucky to have a property manager who lives near the neighborhood and who will be available in the event that you need any type of support or have any issues during your stay. Our property manager only manages a small number of homes and this is the reason that he is able to take such good care of my home.
It is really important for you to know that the house is newly decorated by professionals, all prepared for you and your family. There is a Game Room that is located in the garage, where you can find an amazing pool table and foosball to have a great time with your family without leaving the house. The WiFi and cable TV are available in every room of the house.

GREAT DETAILS:
- Parking: You will be able to park 2 vehicles on the garage ramp. In case that you have more than 2 vehicles to park, throughout Solterra Condominium there are designated areas for you to park your vehicle. On my house's street there are several marked spaces where you can also park other cars. Even within the Condominium, it has a specific parking area, if you wish to use it. If you do not park your car on the designated areas your car will be towed. Parking your car blocking the sidewalk will also lead your car to be towed.

- Please note that I provide to my guests the following basic items, however I no longer provide these items when it's over, the guest has a duty to buy the items that may be missing. The following basic items are:
Soap in all bathroom sinks, toilet paper in all bathrooms, garbage bag in all bins, paper towels in the kitchen, detergent, 1 sponge and soap for washing clothes.

COVID-19
My house is prepared to receive you! We have a specialized cleaning team, using a proper disinfectant product for cleaning the house. In addition, all our trousseau is washed by the same team, in our house. With water at high temperature and soap suitable for this, after washing, the trousseau is still dried at a high temperature.
All this to give you greater security. And, we are practicing longer intervals between one reservation and another, according to local and HomeAway guidelines.

Fantastic communication with the host (Maria). The house is fabulous and the beds were very comfy. Our group of 11 was as very very comfortable and I couldn’t keep our kids out of the game room. Everyone loved the home. We would absolutely stay here again.

If wash cloths are not going to be provided then just make sure to add it to the description so guest can bring their own.The house had everything else we needed and we enjoyed our time here! Property was well maintained and the host was very quick to respond and help with any issues that popped up. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and the outdoor area for dinning was also good. Overall would recommend Do keep in mind that due to traffic on a good day it's about a 30 minute commute to most parks, in rough traffic it can easily take 90 mins (Friday night heading back from the parks)

Wonderful, great winter getaway

We had a group of 8 adults, and loved this home. Perfect place to come and get away from the cold northern winter. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome. Was also a nice location to visit Disney Springs and we also visited Kennedy Space Center one of the days. The home was very clean. With 4 couples we had 4 rooms each having their own bathroom, which was really great (with more to spare). And we had great communication from Maria the property manager. Overall wonderful experience, would stay here again any time.

Very Good property with excellent owner

We took our 2 adult children, their partners and 4 grand children for a 2 week stay so that the grand children could do the theme parks. Some days they didn't want to go to the parks as they wanted to spend more time swimming in the house pool and playing in the games room. Maria is an excellent host with super speedy replies to any questions. We would highly recommend. We had a couple of problems - on arrival key code wouldn't work and after a couple of days the dryer broke down but these were swiftly dealt with and in fact a new dryer was installed the very next day.

The home looked just like the photos which was a pleasant surprise. The home was very spacious more than enough room to spread out. The community was clean and quiet. There was a mix up with the code to open the door. We received an email with one code but later received an email from the owner with the correct code. We had an issue with the pool and jacuzzi. We had paid to have the pool and jacuzzi heated. Neither were as warm as we were accustomed to. The property manager did sent out people to review the settings which we appreciated. Parking was tight, as we had two suvs, one of which was a seven passenger. While we have been advised there would be no parking on the sidewalks, that did not seem to be enforced. The only other issue we had was that we had to pay for the club house that we never got to use. Each time we went there it was always at capacity. However, overall we did enjoy our trip

This property was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. We had six adults and four kids (ages 17, 15, 5, and 2). We had plenty of room to hang out as a family and also have time to ourselves. The pool and hot tub were a great size for our group. The communication by Maria was FANTASTIC !!! Maria was prompt to answer questions about our booking and even checked in on us during our stay! She was a wonderful host!

Family 2024 FL Vacation

The house was great, all the rooms were as described, plenty of room for everyone. The gameroom was a lot of fun for the kids. The living room upstairs and downstairs was nice to be able to spread out. The pool and hot tub at the house got lots of use along with the grill. The pool, waterslide, lazy river and playground at the clubhouse were so fun. This is a must rent property.

Maria, her Managment staff and her home are “practically perfect in every way”. The house was beautiful, could not be cleaner, the layout and bedroom sizes all large and bedding lovely. We had a few minor technical issues one midday one late at night both times management company answered on first ring and fixed immediately they were amazing. Best house ever!

We had a great vacation! We took our kids and grandkids with us and we went to Disney World and Universal Studios. They were pretty close by. The kids loved having the pool right outside. They spent a lot of time there. The home was very clean and we were very satisfied with all the amenities.

My family and I enjoyed our stay the house was very clean and smelled so very nice once we walked in we felt very welcomed. Maria answered our questions right away when we needed her.
