concernsNo batteries in both smoke detectors Thermostat needs new battery. Poor air qualityNo washcloths and extra towelsNo complementary water in the fridgeDirty chair and bedroom with dog hairNo paper towels in kitchenNo hand soap, paper towels, and trash cans with liners in the bathroomsNo hangers in closet Dirty ceiling fanRecommendation to get rid of cloth head boards and baseboards because they are breeding grounds for bed bugs, and replace ripped mattress protectors

The home was beautiful upon entry. We were a little surprised at the cleanliness. There were what looked like urine stains on the baseboards. Food stains were on the credenza, and a bunch of milk stains and toenails or fingernails in the bed frame (visible). We would have liked to have been warned of the pool cleaner who just arrived out of nowhere. There was not ONE single ounce of toilet paper or any extra linens. We weren’t sure this was a VRBO thing or not. We typically use Air B&B. The blinds in the master bedroom presented a privacy issue with the conditions they were in. All of the bedrooms lack curtains so ur day starts as soon as the sun comes up. No dishwashing detergent and a large visible amount of mold is in the washing machine. The location is prime to ALL of the parks, and there is a nice dip pool. The home presents well and is staged when you walk in. Limited parking. You have one assigned, but the neighbors park in it so we parked in the disabled parking illegally during our stay. The home provides 3 beautiful bedrooms w their own bathrooms. The bathrooms were immaculately clean.
Stains all over the baseboards and on some walls and the corner of the white couch
Toenails or fingernails and milk stains(I presume, I hope)

I would not recommend this place. Internet was slow and unreliable. I specifically asked the host about the internet prior to booking and he said it was fast which was not true. We could never use more than one device connected to the internet at one time and would lose connection over and over. When I told the guy about the issues we were having after we got there he said the internet wasn't the best and that it wasn't fiber optic. I never would have booked if I knew that, as I need fast reliable internet for work. It was a nightmare trying to complete my work during our stay. We lost electrical power one day due to an issue with payment by the host. When we arrived the place needed cleaning. There were old balloons taped to the walls inside and outside and other decorations that needed to be cleaned up. The washer was full of mold and didn't work. The host did replace the washer with a new one 3 days after we got there. Unit pool is on north side doesn't get much sun and is not heated. It was dirty except for a few hours right after pool guy would come, so couldn't use it much. Didn't give key fob for the clubhouse until over a month after we got there so couldn't use fitness area or pool. One unit next door had new people checking in/out every 2-3 days. The other unit next door had a big dog that barked a lot throughout the day. While cleaning I found a Nest camera under one of the beds, unbelievable! Was also asked multiple times to let people in the home for showings.
