Has 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a spacious shower (can accommodate wheelchair users). Has amenities like AC, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in-unit, you'll have everything you need for a fantastic vacation. A few steps from the house, you will find the community pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, tennis courts, pool tables, and a children's playground.

The home is located in the center of everything, while offering a serene private stay, in a residential community. You'll be minutes away from Disney, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, golf clubs, spas, Old Town, medical centers, and highways.

**House Rules **

We’re glad to welcome you and your family into our peaceful and loving home. To ensure all of our guests have a comfortable experience, we’ve created these simple house rules.

- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (please respect our neighbors).
- No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted.

***Smoking, Vaping & Substances are not allowed***
- Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (dispose of butts properly).
- No drugs or substances on the property.

Safety & Security:
- Always lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
- Do not disable or tamper with smoke detectors, outdoor cameras, or smart devices.
- No open flames (candles, incense, grills) indoors.

Violation Fees:
- Unauthorized late check-out: $50 per hour.
- Lost parking pass: $100 fee.
- Evidence of smoking indoors: $1,000 cleaning fee.
- Breaking max occupancy or party rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
