This home was in a great location. Close to the airports and amusement parks. We checked in at 3 am with no issues. The kids loved the heated pool and spa. One day on the trip we used the included lazy river, pool, and club house area much to the kids delight. Everyone was friendly and very responsive to questions. The kitchen had everything that was needed for appliances and pots/pans, but you will need to purchase your own salt & pepper, cooking sprays, coffee & filter etc. I'd also recommend bringing or purchasing Kleenex/tissue as it is not included as well as laundry pods given each bathroom had 2 towels and 2 washcloths. All in all, we would recommend this house for large families or mixed family vacations. The children were age 7-12, and adults were ages 40-70. There were two bedroom/ bathroom combinations on the first level so the older adults or those with mobility issues would not need to go upstairs. It was also very convenient to have a bathroom accessible from the pool so the children did not drip water all over the floor. I would recommend bringing blankets for those who like to have those for comfort. The upstairs living room has cloth furniture but downstairs is faux leather. With the air conditioning it was quite chilly at times and not as welcoming as the upstairs.
