Clear Creek villa, Clermont
This villa in Clermont is spacious and clean, although not in a gated community the neighbourhood is quiet (so quiet that even the direct neighours ignore you!!). Inside the layout with the kitchen in the middle makes it quite dark, even during daytime. Spacious bedroom, comfortable airco in combination with ceiling fans kept us cool during the nights.
Very close to Walmart, gas stations, Starbucks etc. All the parks and outlets are within 30 minutes driving distance.
The only dissapointing fact was the outside. Pool furniture is old and defenately needs replacement. Pool itself has not gotten any maintenance for a LONG time. The bottom was filled with dead insects and tarnish and certainly wasn't clean. And was inhabited with huge water spiders which gave us a very incomfortable and nastily feeling to use the pool at all. We were constantly busy capturing these huge spiders who kept on breeding loads of small spider babies inside the pool. Although overall okay I think in this price range there are better options!
