NOTE: This house is in Windsor Island Resort, a BRAND NEW Resort. You may see construction nearby.
All guests' names need to be registered in the gate system.
Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway, the other facing the garage. The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
Package Delivery:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned packages.
Guest Access:
Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

Pool Heating Service
$35 per day
Please request at least 24 hrs before check-in so the water’s toasty when you arrive (heating takes time!)
4 Burner ($105/week) One full propane tank is provided.

Please note that f you require an extra propane tank during your stay (for example, if the gas runs out due to frequent use), the vendor charges an additional $40 for the refill.

Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM
Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.
The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.
Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.

🚗 Parking
The house accommodates up to 4 vehicles
No parking on grass or sidewalks – Strictly prohibited
One-side street parking only – Follow posted street signs
No street parking on Kaipo Rd. – Unauthorized vehicles will be towed
Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM
👥 Guest Registration
• Before arrival, please provide the full names of everyone in your party who is 18 years old or older. This is required by the resort for gate access and helps us streamline your check-in.
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
🚭 House Rules
1. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
2. No parties or events—thank you for respecting our neighbors.
3. Resort quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
