4BR/3BA townhouse - Regal Palms, Lazy River - Recommended by Our Son.

Upon arrival at the resort, we were immediately impressed by the magnificent lazy river, heated pool, and Jacuzzi. Our son thoroughly enjoyed testing the lazy river, waterslide, and pool, and highly recommends these facilities.

The resort is a gated community featuring a restaurant and bar, poolside tiki bar, fitness centre, spa and beauty complex, indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, steam room, children's play area, and a soft play area with arcade machines.

After returning from the parks or shopping, you can relax on the sun loungers by the pool while the kids (and adults!) enjoy the waterslide and lazy river. Of course, you can also spend the whole day at the pool - the kids will love it. The Tiki bar and restaurant are conveniently located near the pool. Our property is within easy walking distance of the clubhouse and its facilities.

The air-conditioned, two-story executive townhouse includes all necessary amenities for your stay. We provide towels, bed linen, cutlery, glasses, plates, kitchen utensils, Keurig one cup coffee machine as well as an ordinary coffee maker, and much more.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with integrated lighting, and two of the bedrooms are en-suite. The entire ground floor is tiled (including the downstairs master en-suite bedroom) while the master bedroom upstairs features a laminate floor. Both master bedrooms are equipped with 14' pillow top mattresses. The themed Star Wars and American twin bedrooms will appeal to the kids.

The house offers cable television in all rooms, including a 55” TV in the living room and 24” TVs in each bedroom. A stroller and high chair are available for use, and a selection of family games, children's books, and toys are provided. Additionally, a foldable playpen/crib is available at no extra charge. The dining table seats six people, and two folding chairs are provided. An additional two stools are available at the breakfast bar.

Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the house; all that is required is your laptop or tablet.

Discounts for last minute bookings or early bookings will be automatically included in the total fee.

Resort fee
Please note that the total costs quoted only relate to the total fees for the house itself. The resort charges $20.00 per day plus 12% tax ($22.40 per day which covers all guests). This fee allows unlimited access to all facilities. The resort fee is payable to the resort upon arrival. Treatments at the spa and beauty salon, as well as the use of arcade machines, incur additional charges.

The resort is located only 10 miles from the main Disney attractions.

A Publix supermarket is within a 2-minute drive, and a Super Center Walmart supermarket is a 5-minute drive.

There is much to explore in the Orlando area, necessitating multiple visits. We have been visiting Florida for many years and continue to discover new attractions. We are passionate about Florida and can provide information on various activities, including fishing and hunting.

There is a minimum stay requirement of four nights throughout the year. A $250 damage deposit is required for all bookings and will be held by VRBO.
