'We had a great stay and the owner was very friendly and kind as he was around and greeted us. They upgraded us from guesthouse to hotel at no charge. We loved their breakfast spread and hospitality. When we told that we were going to check out early next morning the staff packed us a very nice breakfast. Will stay there again. Highly recommend. '

'The house itself is huge and very very nice. We were welcome to use whatever we needed and all the luxuries they have. The owners are incredibly friendly and were more than welcome to help us in whatever way they could. Though there is nothing in the near vicinity it is not far from the Ring Road.'

'Absolutely gorgeous views. Ponies right outside the windows, rolling fields. Lovely hot tub that heated up fast. Clean, peaceful and beautiful. Owner was kind and helpful. Close to Selfoss and Hveragerdi. Close to riding stables. East drive to the crater, the geyser and Gulfoss. Everything we needed was provided. Traveling with our 5 children and everyone was comfortable and happy! Highly recommend! '

'So this place was a good place to stay as we start our drive around the country. It's in the middle of nowhere (by beach though) but not scenic. The room is comfortable and clean. It's really quiet. The only downside is there was very limited hot water. My wife used it all up in a not very long shower. '

'Vi havde et dejlig ophold i den hyggelige, store hytte #1. Den lidt ældre hytte havde sin helt egen charme og var meget pæn og rengjordt ved ankomst. Børnene elskede den store hems hvor de sov og kunne se ned til det store køkken/alrum. Selve køkkenet var godt indrettet med stort køleskab, 4 kogeplader, ovn og vask. Vi har dog savnet nogle køkkenredskaber som fx. en palet eller en osteskærer. Hvis man har tænkt sig at booke et længere ophold i hytten er det måske godt at vide at der ikke er...

'Our stay here was beyond fantastic. A lot of thought was put into the design and comfort of the apartment. It was well equipped, everything was in working order, and extremely comfortable to spend time in. It was in a great location for driving to sites on the Golden Circle. There is a restaurant nearby, Restaurant Varma, that is in walking distance and it's a reasonable drive to Reykjavik or the Keflavik airport. '
