« I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else. »

« Contemporary design has good eye appeal. Upon finding the Hotel it is difficult to find check in and no parking area to facilitate that. Our friends who met us there use handicap parking and there is no way they would be able to come in the front door. They had to call the hotel from downstairs to be let in so they could check in! « The rooms are close to noisy roads and insulation is weak which prevents you from sleeping at night (walls even vibrate when trucks are passing by). In term of noise, you can clearly hear your neighbors. In addition, I have been intoxicated by the smell of painting in my room. I spent the following day at the office with the smell of painting in my mouth. If you don't have the choice and plan to stay at this hotel in the coming weeks please note that they are maintaining the rooms by repainting...

« Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. « Loved this hotel. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. The location was incredibly convenient for the Hillsboro-Beaverton area, only about 15 minutes from downtown Portland by car, with the MAX Light Rail nearby as well. There’s also a great grocery store and several restaurants right across the street. The staff was fabulous, especially Jessica at the front desk. « The property was in great condition. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The lobby and outdoor spaces are quote nice for this tier of hotel. No issues with our stay. We didn't eat the breakfast so no review there. »

« Breakfast was better than typical continental breakfasts. The beds are mediocre, not horrible not great. The most bothersome thing was that the bathroom area smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. There were also a couple of days of our three that we stayed where our whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. For this reason alone, we won’t stay there again. »

« Hotel manager was so accommodating he allowed us to check in 4 hours early after a very long flight. He made sure we had plenty of coffee for our room and bottles of water and a nice clean space so we could rest. The bar was nice and so was breakfast. The hot tub was nice and hot. All of the staff was kind and helpful I would def stay there again. »

« We were excited to sit by the outdoor fire on a cool spring evening but the staff informed us they didnt have propane. The room was nice and well kept but our room was next to the elevator and it made noise everytime it went up or down. In the morning when people were headed yo breakfast, it woke us up.
