'I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.'

'Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc'

'The staff (Jake) was extremely helpful in resolving/ clarifying the failed reservation process on Expedia’s end. We ended up having to cancel our Expedia reservation and reserve a room directly through Aloft with Jake. We ended up paying more for the same room but we were in a time crunch and didn’t trust Expedia to get everything sorted in a timely manner. Thank you Jake…you were awesome!
