Check-in was easy, the two times we talked to staff they were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance and cleanliness of the property is the only reason I gave them three stars. It was apparent our cabin had not been swept and dusted thoroughly. We used the hide a bed for our two children, and there was a lot of debris, crumbs in the frame of the couch. Underneath the couch had not been swept for multiple stays. There were cobwebs in the windows. There was debris in the closet on the floor. I could tell that the unit had been cleaned, the bathroom was fine, etc.… It was just the sweeping and the dusting that had been neglected. There were several lightbulbs out and a few minor maintenance things also. Other than the sweeping and the dusting, this seems like a great place and we would like to go back.
