'We had the best stay at this adorable artsy property! The bed was so comfy, the kitchen well stocked, there is a cool little private patio, and it’s so close to many amazing restaurants and shops! 'Second time staying here only because we couldn't find anything else at the last minute over Memorial Day. The house is great with very comfortable beds, a nice TV and well equipped kitchen in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Minor issues become annoying because the cost is so high because of the much higher than average fees. We reported issues after our first stay two months ago which were not addressed otherwise I would not put them in a review: the issues we reported were difficult to use...

'We loved the townhouse but it seemed better suited for our home state of Texas than Portland. While perfect for the warm weather we had it seems like it could be chilly and dim during a Portland winter. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, a gym for our 22 year and a parking spot for our car made it perfect for exploring the greater Portland area.'

'We picked up our son, daughter-in-law and grand-daughter from the airport shortly after midnight. Our daughter-in-law had extensive surgery in India and the trio had been in India for almost 4 months. The surgery was a success but she is still pretty frail, particularly after the long flight. The clean, quiet house, tub to soak in and nice soft beds were much appreciated. Also, we were new to online booking and our host graciously answered all our questions and helped us through the process.'

'The house was great for our family. It is an older developed neighborhood very close to downtown. We had tons of restaurants, the waterfront and grocery stores nearby. The neighbors were all nice and the houses all have good landscaping. It as a safe area. The house had three comfortable rooms and 2 bathrooms. There were two separate TV living rooms and my boys enjoyed having their own space downstairs.'

'We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this oasis. Beautiful yard and gardens from the panoramic window view into the private backyard. After a day of hiking various trails, we often enjoyed our evening meal sitting on the patio. Completely updated kitchen with all amenities! Very comfortable king-size bed in a spacious bedroom. Great signage/instructions throughout (wifi, fireplace instructions, etc). If we are ever back in the Portland area, this is where we will be staying!'

'We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.'

'This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....
