'This is our third time staying for one night at this property, and it works very well for our needs. The hosts are thoughtful and generous in the layout and amenities, and are always helpful in communicating. There was a minor slip-up this time, in getting us the entry code in a timely manner, but the host simply goofed, and took full responsibility, which is much better than the denial and guest-blaming we've encountered elsewhere. 'The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future.'

'Had a fantastic stay in Rockaway, the place was small but more than enough for myself and my pup. View was amazing and enjoyed my evenings most with the windows open listing to the waves. Place was spotless and had obviously been recently refreshed/cleaned. Bed was comfortable, and I actually spent most of my time on the pull out bed in the main room because I loved the open feeling of the living room. All in all was a great time.'

It was close to all the activities we wanted to experience. Veronica was helpful and willing to make suggestions for our stay. He informed me the instructions I received were wrong and I should access the yellow door. Once inside there was a chirping sound similar to a smoke alarm battery dieing.
