"There’s a gentleman by the name of “Chris” whom I’m assuming is an operator (answers and transfers accordingly) is NOT friendly at ALL. I’d HIGHLY suggest some customer service retraining. The toilet had an issue which come to find out stemmed from outside yet, it was fixed in a timely fashion."
