'In general, this is nice hotel, lot of potential. The view from the rooms is amazing, the rooms are small but nice, and the location is really good. However, there are so many details that are not corresponding with a 5 star hotel, or the price you pay for this stay . For example the parking: the hotel was at full capacity when we were there, so finding parking in the garage was practically impossible. 'We had a great Expedia points deal this time, the regular pricing (honestly in all of Opatija) seems steep. Nonetheless, the experience was very good. Comfy bed, decent shower, minibar, sea/harbor view. A little water kettle would have been appreciated though. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant really acceptable. Having been here before, I'm sure we will be back as well with another surplus of travel points to cash :-) '

"Well maintained accommodation, great breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff. Parking slightly inconvenient with almost no space at the hotel and the nearby public parking being full, also, and this is just in general regarding anything (hotels, restaurants, etc) in the high season in Croatia, while Opatija is a great little gem, and this hotel is very nice, the prices in the main tourism season are more than a bit on the high side. We'd love to visit again in the off season, but for the summer, not anymore. Even Italy and Austria have more reasonable rates... That said, we did really enjoy our stay. "
