Chalets in Oostkust

'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'Het eten en de service was erg goed! Wij waren er tijdens kerst en oud op nieuw. Tijdens de feestdagen waren er extra activiteiten zoals dat de kerstman langskwam voor de kinderen inclusief een cadeau voor ieder kind! Daarnaast was er een feest tijdens oud jaar met vuurwerk! Verder schone kamers en voldoende faciliteiten op de kamer. Verbeterpunten: er waren te weinig bedjes bij het zwembad (vooral toen het erg druk was), de airco maakte teveel lawaai (Wij deden 'm uit 's nachts). Overall kunnen...

'No tuve servicio de televisión ningún día y para mí eso fue Terrible. La mayoría del personal no fue nada agradable. Es increíble que hay unos gatitos y parecen estar MALTRATADOS, con tanta comida que desperdician no les dan nada de comer, ni agua, los sacan del hotel cuando a los huéspedes a la mayoría les gusta y los quieren, para mí ese gesto tienen F eso es maltrato animal. Se dicen llamar pet friendly y no son buenos con esos gatitos. Las puertas de las habitaciones deben reemplazarlas....

'Not a true all inclusive in my opinion. I've never been to one that only offers 2 restaurants and buffets. The other restaurants have an upcharge meaning to dine you have to pay per person. The beach is nice but a lot of seaweed and the water was not clear or even really clean. Plus the beach as nice as it is is not relaxing like you would expect due to the party boats that stop just off shore near it. There music blasts and makes it less tranquil like you would expect. The food was not good...

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
