'Hotel and staff were nice. Beautiful and delicious hot breakfast with a large assortment of food. We were in a wing with central air conditioning that is not individually controlled and I did not know that. The A/C was off for the winter (end of October and it was a warm day) and the room was warm when we checked in. The staff got us fans so that we could open the windows and cool off the room. The upgraded rooms all have individually controlled A/C. It is a very pretty hotel and was very...

'My experience at Canaan spa was excellent . The guests and impressions were thought out to the most minute detail. The hosts were truly overly amiable. I truly look forward to visiting again. I already put in a good reference to my chavruttah. He is planning to visit to Sfat with his family. Thank you. Norman First'

'Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…'

'Relaxed friendly proffesional atmosphere !!'

'Delightful hosts, Ohn & Anva. The cottage was warm and inviting and super clean. Wheel of snacks was unexpected, greatly appreciated and tasty. Unlimited hot water for bath, shower, and dishes! Every kitchen amenity needed was available. Beautiful view from master window. Wonderful cottont sheets and c'

'A beautiful place to get away from the hustle - bustle...'

'The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. Our stay was made even less pleasant by a water outage which limited our ability to shower and by stairs that were literally not safe to walk on. We contacted the owner on...

'Great place for a family vacation'

'EVERYTHING was great. The food was amazing! It was family friendly and the staff was very nice'

'Although we had a small problem with the room on arrival the staff did above and beyond to solve it and compensate us'

'Breakfast was nice, nice Varity But hot water for coffee was not hot at all. The rooms furniture kind of old old old . Towels were horrible, dirty , and so so old. Mold in the bathroom. We did like the Kibbutz atmosphere, and location.'

'Gorgeous honeymoon getaway'

'It was fine for one night. Good breakfast selection. The receptionist needs to work on his people skills because he is working with the public and is the first impression that people see upon arrival'

'Very bad experience for a couple due to all kids and families. We left a day earlier'

'The place is close to most places in the Galilee area and is great for families with kids. The view of the lake from the dining room is fantastic but you don't have access to the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback was that we found the AC made the room initially too cold so we turned it off. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road.'
