'The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. The same thing happened the following day. We explained to the manager that we really needed the room done before 5 since we had both a special needs...

'Het hotel is redelijk groot en heeft meerder ingangen om naar hotelkamer te komen. Voldoend parkeerplaats en gratis. Er is een binnen en buitenzwembad. Er zijn wasmachines aanwezig. Wij hadden een ruime en schone kamer met balkon en uitzicht op een riviertje. Het ontbijt is Amerikaans, basic maar voldoende keus. Het is een uitvalbasis voor bezoek Smokey Mountains en rustiger, ruimer dan Gaitlingburg. '

'We loved our time at the Inn on the River. The breakfasts were great for getting us up and going in the mornings. Everything was just perfect. The balcony over looking the river was nice for unwinding at the end of the day. My wife says thank you for making her 60th birthday a really wonderful birthday. '
