« Our family has stayed at Cascades the last two summers (3 nights each time). We had a fantastic stay each time. This resort is in a central, prime location. The pools, waterslides, and splash pad are perfect for our family (teenager and toddler) to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The activities for kids are fun and timed perfectly throughout the day. There is food, snacks, and treats for all of us to enjoy. »

« When having this listing on Expedia, it should clearly say that waterpark is not included with the resort. It’s very misleading. So you make reservations because you want to take your kids to a waterpark and turn around and have to spend additional money for waterpark tickets. »

« Our stay was ok but we had to cut our trip a day short due to the extreme heat making us sick. We discussed with the front desk about leaving a day early and could we get a refund. We were told it wouldn't be a problem but we'd have to go thru expedia since we booked that way. When we did that and expedia reached out to the hotel, they said there were no notes of us leaving early and absolutely no refund would be issued. Just very disappointed with the disconnect with their staff and...

« Great location. Super-nice staff. Spacious room with wonderful view & comfy beds. Walking distance to everything. Nice pool area with hot tubs. Covered garage parking. Beautiful creek right in front. Charming in every way! The only thing that needs improvement is the very very slow very very hot unventilated elevators. Other than that, I'd give this hotel a perfect score!! »

« Hôtel très bien placé, à moins de 500m de la rue animée de Broadway. Cocktails et nourriture le soir entre 17h30 et 19h très bien. Les chambres sont propres. La piscine est très bien. Seul petit bémol: la literie n’est pas assez ferme. Mais sinon rien à redire. Nous relogerons très certainement ici si nous revenons à Nashville. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
