'The staff was absolutely amazing. I was there this weekend for a concert and I got stuck in traffic and could not check in exactly at 3 o’clock so I called in a panic and they said no worries. A lot of people were calling and worried about that. They told me they would put a note in my reservation to let them know that I would be late and when I got there, they absolutely made sure I was well taken care of. '
