'The water ran cold for awhile before we got the hot water running. The way the lights were set up in the room made it hard to sleep. And the chlorine in the hot tub burned my eyes I only spent 10 minutes there '

'I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

'This was everything I needed. After having my camping trip rained out by tornado warnings I just needed somewhere safe through the night and couldn't commit to any sketchy hotels on the side of the road. I'd heard Seward was a safe town so I bet on Cobblestone and they did not disappoint. I felt safe and comfortable from the moment I got here. 'May 2, 2026. Property is all torn up, in process of switching from Comfort Inn to Springhill suites. Materials in lobby, all walls bare with prior wallpaper torn off, room itself with construction started. Hotel is operational, but should have some way of letting customers know the whole place is torn up before booking. O'
