Below average breakfast service. Like they were afraid to have too much out for folks. No milk for cereal, 1 slice of toast at a time. Always waiting for fresh coffee,bland oranje juice. No eggs or sausage and when it came out it was gone with a few people and had to wait again. In room coffee maker leaked, refridgerator was so noisy it had to be unplugged to beable to sleep. In room heater/cooler fascia was on the floor leaning on the unit with a knob missing but i managed to find the knob and install the fascia so it could be adjusted. Bathroom was not cleaned properly with the shower head half plugged. However the bed was very comfortable. Didnt take time to argue due to needing the room and more concerned withthe priority family emergency which we were dealing with. I feel this hotel was misrepresented by the photos and reviews, must have been very old or we just got unlucky withthat room. 2 levels and no elevator was also a challenge. Will be more cautious in the future
