'I’ve stayed at decent-ish Motel 6s before, but this was not it. I would not stay here again. There is a faux cop car out front (should have been the first red flag) & the lobby reeked of weed. The woman at the desk when we checked in wasn’t very welcoming. Upon entering the room my husband was going to have with one or two of our kids, we were just excited to put down our food & luggage. 'We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. '

'It was very noisy being so close to I-74. The HVAC unit was loud. Pool was closed. The place was outdated. Smelled moldy in parts. Housekeeping staff were nice. Manager screwed me over because guy at front desk had promised me an extended stay in a different room but when I went to complete the transfer, he hadn’t done it!! I had to go to the Hilton next door in a Lyft. Set didn’t even let me stay til noon. '

'Musty smell in room. Grossly stained washcloth. Something yellow/orange and hard on the bed fitted sheet. I’ve provided photos to the hotel and received a sarcastic response with “we apologize”. I reached out to corporate and have heard nothing back. '
