'Always great when I stay here!'

'The staff during breakfast was rude when my son accidentally let cereal pour out of the container. He wasn’t running around getting into stuff he was a child simply who made a mistake and he acted like it was the end of the world having to scoop some cereal into the trash can.'

'Very clean rooms, Great Exceptional breakfast. Safe area. Problem was the water temperature for showers was like warm at its best first night. We found out next day from a customer on the elevator that they requested a different room on another floor due to water problems on the 4th floor and no employee even checked with us. We were over charged on a three bed, 2 bedroom, kitchen suite. Not good...Thst could have been Expedia since they handled the payment. The elevator was out for awhile but...

'Room was very clean. Staff very friendly. Bed was super comfortable. Great location'

'This is a brand new hotel so it’s very nice and clean. I hope the owners maintain it and keep it this way! Very nice overall.'

'The hot tub was amazing, but the chlorine made your eyes burn just being in the pool room. I didn’t expect to pay $120 and not have breakfast included.👎'

'Room was clean and nice. Hot tub was good. Breakfast was ok-hot things were a little cool, but still good.'

'Front lobby smelled very good! Check in went fast. Gentlemen working wasnt the friendliness. Room was very hot, over two hours later went back downstairs to ask why the room was so hot,he said he just turned the air on! Every staff member was super friendly. Breakfast was the same all 4 days. Overall great experience.'
