'I was excited to find a hotel that was big and private for my family since we had to stay a couple of days due to a tournament. My disappointment when I walked into the room and find ceiling fans with up to 20 years of dirt, the walls and ceilings look to have mold or dirt, carpet was dirty and smelly. 'Expedia failed to mention that the hotel was in the process of renovations, and the price was ridiculous even if the renovations weren’t in progress, not using them anymore.'

'The manger is completely unprofessional. We were accused of tampering with smoke detectors which we did not do. There was a fire pit outside that we used every night we were there for a night cap. So there this was clearly a made up story. The manger claimed the fire department came at 10am when we were still in the room during that time.
