'Hotel gives appearance of nice until you go inside. Room was very clean and I stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned my room. I actually asked for the last night and still didn’t happen. My family came over to use pool and the lights in pool were off. I went to front desk 3 times as the pool got more and more people for the fear of safety. The hotel was sold out and they basically have no staff to support the customers. I would not stay here again.'

'The place was packed due to a concert at MAC. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were awesome. It was the best night's sleep I had all week (our Airbnb had a very firm/uncomfortable bed ) on this overnight stop towards home. They did run out of biscuits at breakfast due to the crowd from the concert, but I improvised with gravy on toast. '
