Vind je ideale hotel in Oost-Europa

'cushions soft,bed hard,Never changed the linen ,No water on arrival had to ask a few times was told no more left!,Breakfast was good ,No English language movie or such channels on Tv not even with subtitles,carpet had some stains on it, Rather a distance from all the attractions but trains,trams just outside the door that can get you to anywhere Generally the Hotel is okay sort of good, The staff were fine So will i be back to this Hotel,Yes i will and it will cost half the amount of money i...

'I have not received the booked room, I got a smaller room. During check in I have not been told that I would receive another room. I discovered this after entering the room. The reason for for this other room was that I was traveling alone and I did not need 2 beds but I had to pay for it. Did not get a discount. '

'Loved the property and their hospitality. Air con was heating the room too much and was not able to cool the room which they attributed to the “winter season” - so it did get stuffy in the room, but opening the windows helped a great deal. Very friendly staff. Overall a good experience!'

'Ze nemen de telefoon niet op als je belt voor de shuttle, kamer is ok maar geen goede verduistering. Ligt in verlengde van de startbaan je hebt oordoppen nodig en luide tram buiten. Bed is vomfortbel en badkamer redelijk maar zeer krappe douche. Restaurant was top.'

' Very nice and clean room (Luxe Suite) with enough space, we enjoyed it a lot. Very nice view on the sea, direct access to the sea through stairs (there is no sandy beach) and there is even a spot were you can jump of a rock into the sea. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Some pools are 18 - Covid measures are not followed at all: no masks (they are worn all the time on the chin allone...), the desinfecting gel is empty all the time. Even at the restaurant/breakfast staff...

'It is an amazing hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The location is excellent as it is close to the seaside, the shops, the Palace etc. The breakfast was very lucuriius with plenty of options for every taste. The only down side is the parking. There is pretty much no free parking and if you want to park you car in the hotel parking it costs you €35 per day/night. Overall: very happy with our stay. '
